Please ensure you read carefully

1- Payments

1.1 – Your stationery order is not confirmed until a 50% deposit of the order total has been received.

1.2 – This deposit is non-refundable as it is used immediately to purchase materials needed to complete your order and secures an allocated diary space for assembly.

1.3 – I Heart It wedding stationery accepts bank transfer. Confirmation of all monies paid is made back to you in writing for your own records. I do not accept cheques

1.4 – I will only start work on your order once the deposit has been paid

1.5 – Goods are only dispatched once the remaining payment has been received in full. The balance payment is payable upon completion of your order. If you are planning on collecting your order from me, please ensure payment has been made beforehand

1.6 – Please do not ask to ‘owe’ me payment. This will be refused and your order retained until a bank transfer has been made.

1.7- All products remain the property of I Heart It until full payment has been received.

2- Cancellations

2.1 – In the unlikely event of the customer cancelling the order, all monies paid to I Heart It will be lost and the diary space will be released. Any items purchased for your order will remain the property of I Heart It.

2.2 – Deposits are NON refundable.

3 - The ordering, drafting and proofing process

3.1 – I can personally work with you to create a fully bespoke invitation design, I will show you various options relating to your colour scheme, theme, likes etc.

3.2 – Once a design has been chosen, I require the quantities and ask whether evening invites are requested. I recommend ordering a few additional spare invites, I can make more at a later date, however they may be more costly to cover additional ordering of stock and the postage incurred for delivery of this.

3.3 – An invoice is then sent to you with a full breakdown of your items.

3.4 – A request for the 50% deposit will be payable to confirm the order

3.5 – A request for full payment will be made if you require a rush order taking less than 4 weeks from placing the order to delivery along with a £10 speed service fee which allows me to order via special delivery any items of stock needed.

3.6 – Once your deposit has been received, I can start work on your order. This generally starts with requesting all your confirmed wedding details. From here I format the details onto the inserts for your stationery.

3.7 – I then photograph your actual insert and send over to you for your approval or amendment.

3.8 – You are asked at this stage to go over very carefully each insert, ensuring you are 100% happy with the details, spellings, layout and fonts used.

3.9 – Corrections or changes at this stage are of course free of charge and no problem to change.

3.10 – Once your approval has been given to me in writing (email , Facebook message acceptable) confirming you are happy. I then set about the printing and cutting of your inserts.

3.11 – Should you then wish to change anything, or notice a mistake, a re-print fee of 60p per insert will incur. If the mistake or change is a fixed insert and has already been fixed inside the main invitation a charge will be made in order to make additional invites.

3.12 – This could prove costly to you, so it is always worth spending time double checking all details carefully without rushing.

3.13 – I Heart It cannot be held responsible for any errors on your completed stationery not picked up on the proofing stage.

3.14 – The proofing process also applies to reception stationery, you will be given the opportunity to check table plans before they are fixed. It is your own responsibility to double check your guest names are all spelt correctly before giving me the details.

3.15 – Changes to table plans once fixed will incur a complete re-charge to correct.

4 - postage & packaging

4.1 – Your stationery is packaged carefully with the use of bubble wrap and air filled pockets where appropriate.

I Heart It cannot be held responsible or liable for damage or loss in transit, or failure to deliver or delayed delivery service.

4.2 – I deliver Nationwide via DPD who offer very competitive rates according to the weight of each parcel. Courier service is £17.00 payable on completion of your order if you are not personally collecting.

Please be aware that a signature is required as evidence of receipt of your order.

4.3 – You will receive a text or email notification from the driver who will give an hours’ time slot on the day of delivery, from there you do have the option to amend this delivery should it not be appropriate.

4.4 – Collection from I Heart It is of course free of charge. I am based in Faringdon in Oxfordshire.

5 - Posting your invitations

5.1 – Your invites will be supplied with standard envelopes, upgrades are available upon request including boxes.

5.2 – Most of the designs require at least a large letter stamp, I recommend taking one to your local post office to check the cost is covered. Any invites lost in the Royal Mail system is not the responsibility of I Heart It.

5.3 – I recommend the use of a pritt stick to seal the envelopes as sometimes the embellishments or bows push up on the envelope which may result in the seal becoming unstuck.

5.4 – For designs with large embellishments I recommend the use of a bubble jiffy style envelope (not supplied by I Heart It) this will ensure a safe transit through the mail system.

6 - Satisfaction of order

6.1 – It is your own responsibility to examine your order once received. Should you have any issues at all with your stationery you must notify I Heart It within 7 working days of receipt of your package. If any error or fault is noticed (separate to that from the drafting process) the full stationery order, including packaging will need to be returned to I Heart It for a closer inspection. Should the fault be ours, your postage will be refunded and corrections to your order will be made.

6.2 – I do rely on word of mouth and recommendations from my past couples, please do feel free to tell others about my little business, reviews and customer comments on my Facebook business page are most welcomed and are highly appreciated.
