The Ordering Process

Choose from one of the collections

If you have made a choice from one of my designs, please make a note of the name of the design and determine the quantity of invites you will need, don’t forget a few spares and order one for yourself for your wedding memory box!

First level customisation

I require your choice of colour for the ribbons if applicable, and choice of embellishment; I would need this information upon placing your order. From this information, i can provide you with a breakdown of the costs and a deposit amount which is required.

Agree costs and payment of deposit

A 50% deposit is paid and is used immediately to secure the time from my diary and to purchase the materials I will need to fulfil your order. Once paid you will receive a confirmation and receipt, along with a request for your personal wedding information.

Reviewing proofs and making amendments

I will format your information in to a proof, which will be sent over to you for approval. Here we have the chance to amend any of the information and to change layouts and fonts, if necessary. You are asked to go over the information very carefully to ensure spellings, times and dates are all correct.

Your order goes in to production

Once you are happy with your wording and have sent me your approval, I will begin printing and cutting of your invites. All printing and cutting is done by me personally. During the whole assembly process I will send photographs of my progress so you can be assured your order is being processed.

Balance payment and delivery arranged

Once production is complete, I will then request the final 50% balance of the payment. After settlement, I will send your order via DPD courier, or you can collect from me if you would prefer. If you are local, I can personally deliver to you.
